Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs – Irresistibly Cheesy & Flavor-Packed! Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil or butter 1 small onion, finely chopped 500g (1.1 lbs) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness) Salt & pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough Optional: fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Sauté the onion: Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until soft and golden.Cook the beef: Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.Add the cheese: Remove the pan from heat. Mix in shredded cheddar and Parmesan until melty and gooey.Prepare the dough: Roll out biscuit or pizza dough into small rounds. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each round. Fold the dough over and pinch edges to seal completely.Bake to perfection: Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.Serve & garnish: Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
