Hasselback Apple and Brie Charcuterie Bake

Ingredients: 4 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well) 1/2 cup Brie cheese, sliced 1/4 cup prosciutto or any other charcuterie (like salami or ham), chopped 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon fresh thyme 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Cut the apples into Hasselback style slices, making sure not to cut all the way through, leaving the bottom intact.Place the apples on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.Stuff each slit with a slice of Brie cheese and a small piece of charcuterie (prosciutto or your choice of meat).Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and fresh thyme over the top of the apples.Drizzle honey over the apples for a touch of sweetness.Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the cheese has melted.Once baked, garnish with extra fresh thyme and serve warm.Enjoy this savory, sweet, and cheesy Hasselback apple bake!
