Keto Brioche Bread

Ingredients 2 cups almond flour ¼ cup coconut flour 2 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt 4 large eggs (room temperature) 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup keto granulated sweetener (like erythritol or allulose) ¼ cup warm unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp butter (for brushing on top, optional) Instructions Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Prepare Wet Ingredients In a separate bowl, beat the eggs for 1–2 minutes until slightly frothy. Add melted butter, vanilla extract, sweetener, and warm almond milk. Mix well. Combine the Mixtures Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a thick, smooth dough forms. Add apple cider vinegar and mix gently. Shape the Brioche Transfer the dough into the loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool & Serve Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Brush with melted butter for extra shine.
