Ingredients
- 3 pounds red potatoes, halved
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 5 cloves minced garlic
 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
 - 1/3c grated-Parmesan-cheese
 - Kosher salt & freshly black-pepper, to flavor
 - 2 ts pun-salted butter
 - 2tspchop parsley-leaves
 
Preparation
- Turn your oven to 400 degrees F and get your baking sheet ready by spraying it with non-stick spray or greasing it with a layer of oil.
 - In a bowl, cut the potatoes in half.
 - Then, add the olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, basil, and Parmesan.
 - Sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste, mix everything together and arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in an even layer.
 - Then, arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in an even layer. Place the potatoes peel side up.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway to ensure they become golden brown.
 - Melt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave for 1 minute before serving.
